No new release (again), but this is just to inform you all that I'm already in the process of planning for Christmas 2009 and New Year 2010 releases. Just like last year, I'm accepting fan submissions to be included into the zips of the releases.

At the moment, I'm kind of thinking of a Tales of Vesperia Christmas release and maybe a Tales of the Abyss New Year release with a couple of other random stuff.

Okay, I know there has been a lack of updates, but if anyone has been checking the project statuses at the forums will know that there are actually quite a lot of stuff in QC.

I'm in the process of trying to catch up to some of my other stuff before new chapters will get released. However, I'm also in the process of doing a new layout for the site. This current layout actually sucks. So until the new layout is done, there will be no new releases, except for Tales of Vesperia since it's the group's main project.

Just letting everyone know what is happening.

Early release this month for Tales of Vesperia since I have two public holidays (Chinese New Year) so I had time to work on it. Nothing much happens on my end on during these two days (although I'm a Chinese). Although this release was supposed to be for Tales of Vesperia Chapter 5 only, but since the typesetting for Tales of Destiny 2 Chapter 5 is already done, I thought I might as well release it together.

Anyway, to all those that celebrate it, Happy Chinese New Year! Hope the Year of the Ox will be a good one for you.

As promised, the long-awaited New Year release by Eternal! First off, while there wasn't much fan submissions for the New Year release batch (might be because it's harder to draw for), I'd still like to thank the one person that had submitted a fan submission specially to be inserted into this batch of releases slated for New Year 2009. I appreciate the time and effort that you've put into it.

Since there wasn't much that was inserted into the releases for the New Year, and a745 from Abyssal Chronicles and saw that there were some New Year Cards (that can be printed out) at the Tales of Vesperia Official Japanese site, I decided to insert them into the releases. The Japanese text were translated by Freshy into English and the typesetting was done by me. Hope you all like it. The pictures are really cute.

Before you go download the releases, everyone at Eternal wishes you a very Happy New Year! I hope that you can fulfil your New Year's resolution. Up until now, thanks for all your support and patience! With even more staff that joined the group this year, I hope to have even more releases this year, and hopefully this will also make it possible to speed up the releases by a considerable amount! With Tales of Vesperia being the group's monthly project now, there will be at least one chapter of something released every month...ha ha.

Before I stop rambling and present you with the releases, I'd like to thank all the Staff of Eternal for all their work this past year! I hope to continue working with you all and bringing out even more releases this year (especially for the Tales of Series fans XD). I really enjoy working with you guys.

I will be doing this fan submission inserts for next year's Christmas releases also, so if you want to participate, you can start preparing now XD Or you can wait for the post at Final Judgment (My LiveJournal) where I'll post details as to when I'm accepting submissions. I'll try to put it up earlier next year so that people will have more time to prepare (but that time of the year is also when a lot of people will be having exams >_o), so I hope to have more submissions next year =D
